Found 3 under the kitchen sink — apartment building

Moved into a new apartment last week and just saw 3 of these little guys under the sink. Building manager says they'll spray but I want to do my part. Anyone else in Mueller dealing with this?

German cockroaches are 90% of apartment infestations. Don't wait on the building — grab Advion gel bait tonight and put pea-sized dots inside cabinet hinges, under the sink around pipes, and behind the fridge. You'll see a big drop in 7-10 days.

Hi Sarah — echoing Green. Also make sure to never spray pesticide over bait — it repels them away. If building treatment doesn't work, happy to come take a look.

Had this exact problem in Mueller last summer. Gel bait + seal cracks around pipes with steel wool and caulk. Building ended up treating but my prep killed most of them before they got there.
