Found 3 under the kitchen sink — apartment building
Moved into a new apartment last week and just saw 3 of these little guys under the sink. Building manager says they'll spray but I want to do my part. Anyone else in Mueller dealing with this?
Mound popped up overnight after the rain — what worked for you?
Huge mound in the backyard near the kids swing set. Need something pet-safe. I tried boiling water last year and it barely did anything.
Solved: standing water in gutters was the source
Was getting eaten alive every evening on the patio. Turned out my gutters were clogged and holding water — classic mosquito breeding ground. Cleaned them out + added Mosquito Dunks to the rain barrel. Problem basically gone in 2 weeks.
Sawdust near a window frame — is this carpenter ants?
Noticed fine sawdust (frass?) on the window sill this morning. Small pile, maybe a teaspoon. Saw one big black ant yesterday. Starting to worry.

Fourth one in my garage this week. Neighbor saw two. Just a heads up — shake out your shoes, check behind boxes in the garage.
